Warm Line

Warm Line is a confidential and anonymous service for adults in need of a friend with an empathetic ear and was the first program in Canada to offer a peer support telephone, online chat, and text messaging service.  It is operated by peers who have experienced loneliness, isolation and anxiety themselves. The support provided in Warm Line interactions includes goal setting, problem solving and connection with resources.  Warm Line can be accessed through telephone, online chat, and text messaging, 7 days a week, at a time when other community mental health services are closed.

    We welcome anyone with mental health issues and or mental illness to join as a member. Becoming a member is simple. At Progress Place we provide a quick acceptance and entry.
